देहरादून: Perovskite Society of India Meet-2023 मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने गुरुवार को आई.आई.टी रूड़की में सौर ऊर्जा पर आधारित ‘पेरोवस्काइट सोसाइटी ऑफ इण्डिया मीट-2023’ में खटीमा से वर्चुअल प्रतिभाग किया। उन्होंने आईआईटी रुड़की और पेरोवस्काइट सोसाइटी ऑफ इण्डिया की टीम को सौर ऊर्जा को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से इस सेमिनार के आयोजन के लिए बधाई दी। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी भारत में वैकल्पिक ऊर्जा संसाधनों को बढ़ावा देकर ऊर्जा के क्षेत्र में पूर्ण सुरक्षा और स्वतंत्रता प्राप्त करने के लिए निरंतर कार्य कर रहे हैं। आज रूड़की में ऊर्जा सुरक्षा और आत्मनिर्भरता की विकासवादी सोच पर आधारित सेमिनार का आयोजन हो रहा है। सौर ऊर्जा एवं अन्य वैकल्पिक ऊर्जा स्रोतों के माध्यम से देश की प्रगति में भागीदारी बढ़ाने के लिए प्रधानमंत्री जी द्वारा निरन्तर मार्गदर्शन दिया जा रहा है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि अनुकूल मौसम होने के कारण उत्तराखण्ड में सौर ऊर्जा से संबंधित परियोजनाएं विकसित करने की अपार संभावनाएं हैं। राज्य सरकार सौर ऊर्जा के अपार संसाधनों के उचित प्रयोग से प्रदेश में “ऊर्जा क्रांति“ (Perovskite Society of India Meet-2023) लाने के लिए प्रयासरत है। उत्तराखंड के दुर्गम क्षेत्रों में ऊर्जा संबंधी जरूरतों को पूर्ण करने हेतु सौर ऊर्जा अत्यंत प्रभावी साबित हो सकती है। सौर ऊर्जा का किफायती दरों पर उपलब्ध होना पहाड़ी व दुर्गम क्षेत्रों के निवासियों के लिए अत्यंत फायदेमंद हो सकता है। यही वजह है कि दुर्गम क्षेत्रों में सौर ऊर्जा का प्रयोग दिन-प्रतिदिन बढ़ रहा है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड को 2025 तक देश का अग्रणी राज्य बनाने के लिए राज्य सरकार विकल्प रहित संकल्प के साथ आगे बढ़ रही है। सरकार की प्राथमिकता है कि राज्य के प्रत्येक घर तक बिजली की निर्बाध आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित हो। इसे पूर्ण करने के लिए राज्य सरकार प्रदेश में सौर ऊर्जा के प्रयोग को बढ़ावा देने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। उन्होंने आशा व्यक्त की कि विज्ञान के क्षेत्र में रूचि रखने वाले महानुभाव सेमिनार के माध्यम से उत्तराखंड में सौर ऊर्जा के कुशल संचालन हेतु अपने बहुमूल्य सुझाव देंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि यह सेमिनार एक रोडमैप विकसित करने में मददगार साबित होगा। जिससे हम उत्तराखण्ड राज्य के साथ-साथ सम्पूर्ण भारतवर्ष में सौर ऊर्जा का अधिक से अधिक उपयोग कर सकेंगे।
इस अवसर पर वर्चुअल माध्यम से विधायक रूड़की श्री प्रदीप बत्रा, आई.आई.टी रूड़की के निदेशक प्रो. के.के. पन्त, सेमिनार के संयोजक प्रो. सौमित्र सतपति एवं विभिन्न प्रदेशों से आये वैज्ञानिक उपस्थित थे।
