नई दिल्ली। Adani Group Case बुधवार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अदाणी समूह (Adani Group Case) पर हिंडनबर्ग की ओर से लगाए गए भ्रष्टाचार के आरोपों को लेकर सुनवाई हुई। भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड (SEBI) को कोर्ट ने जांच के लिए तीन महीने का समय देते हुए 14 अगस्त तक स्टेटस रिपोर्ट देने को कहा है।

30 सितंबर तक जांच खत्म करने का आदेश
मुख्य न्यायाधीश डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ की पीठ मामले की सुनवाई कर रही है। बुधवार को सेबी को जांच स्टेटस रिपोर्ट दाखिल करने का आदेश दिया। पीठ में जस्टिस पीएस नरसिम्हा और जेबी पारदीवाला भी शामिल हैं। कोर्ट ने कहा कि रिपोर्ट देखने के बाद 30 सितंबर तक जांच खत्म करने पर आदेश दिया जा सकता है। शेयर बाजार के कामकाज में सुधार पर एक्सपर्ट कमिटी की रिपोर्ट सभी पक्षों को दी जाएगी। 11 जुलाई को इस पर चर्चा होगी।
11 जुलाई को होगी अगली सुनवाई
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने दो मार्च को यूएस शॉर्ट-सेलर हिंडनबर्ग द्वारा अदाणी ग्रुप के खिलाफ स्टॉक हेरफेर के आरोपों की जांच के लिए छह सदस्यीय समिति के गठन का आदेश दिया था। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मामले को 11 जुलाई को आगे की सुनवाई के लिए सूचीबद्ध किया है।
