नई दिल्ली। The Kerala Story Screening : विवादों में घिरी फिल्म द केरल स्टोरी दो दिन बाद फिल्म रिलीज होने वाली है। इस बीच द केरल स्टोरी की स्क्रीनिंग जवाहरलाल नेहरू यूनिवर्सिटी में रखी गई। जहां डायरेक्टर सुदीप्तो सेन ने फिल्म को लेकर बात भी की। जेएनयू में हुई द केरल स्टोरी की स्क्रीनिंग (The Kerala Story Screening) के दौरान सुदीप्तो सेन के साथ फिल्म के प्रोड्यूसर विपुल शाह और एक्ट्रेस अदा शर्मा भी मौजूद रहीं। स्क्रीनिंग पर बात करते हुए डायरेक्टर ने कहा, “लोगों को इस फिल्म को देखना चाहिए, अगर फिल्म पसंद आती है तो ये मेरे लिए सबसे बड़ी जीत होगी।”

कोर्ट पर है पूरा भरोसा : सुदीप्तो
सुदीप्तो ने कहा, “हमें हमारे कोर्ट पर 100 प्रतिशत भरोसा है, कोर्ट ने पहले ही एक रिपोर्ट में ये कह दिया है कि फिल्म कला का एक हिस्सा है। ये कोई हेट स्पीच नहीं है। इसलिए, हमें लगता है कि हमें न्याय मिलेगा। आखिर में सत्य की ही जीत होती है।”

द केरल स्टोरी में 3 लड़कियों की कहानी दिखाई गई है, जिसमें से एक लड़की अफगानिस्तान की जेल में बंद है। दूसरी लड़की ने आत्महत्या कर ली है और उसके परिवार वाले अभी भी न्याय का इंतजार कर रहे हैं। वहीं, तीसरी लड़की के साथ बार-बार शारीरिक शोषण किया गया और अब वो छिपी हुई है, क्योंकि अपराधी उसका पीछा कर रहे हैं।
कोर्ट ने रिलीज को रोकने से किया इनकार
द केरल स्टोरी की कहानी को लेकर अब कई समुदाय आपत्ति जता चुके हैं। यहां तक कि रिलीज से चंद दिन पहले फिल्म को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका दायर कर दी गई थी, जिसमें द करेल स्टोरी की रिलीज पर रोक लगाने की मांग की गई थी। हालांकि, कोर्ट ने रिलीज को रोकने से इनकार कर दिया।
