नई दिल्ली। Delhi Excise Policy : पूर्व उपमुख्यमंत्री और आप नेता मनीष सिसोदिया की मुश्किलें खत्म होने का नाम नहीं ले रही है । सोमवार को दिल्ली की आबकारी नीति मामले में राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने पूर्व उपमुख्यमंत्री और आप नेता मनीष सिसोदिया को दो दिनों की रिमांड खत्म होने के बाद आज अदालत ने उन्हें 20 मार्च तक के लिए जेल भेज दिया है।

इस दौरान सीबीआई के वकील ने कहा, “इस स्थिति में हम और सीबीआई रिमांड (Delhi Excise Policy) नहीं मांग रहे हैं, लेकिन अगले 15 दिनों में हम इसकी मांग कर सकते हैं।” किसी भी स्थिति से निपटने के लिए दिल्ली में आम आदमी पार्टी कार्यालय के बाहर भारी पुलिस बल और फोर्स की तैनाती की गई है।
एक ओर जहां मामला कोर्ट में चल रहा है और दृष्टि तरफ कहा जा रहा है कि सीबीआइ की कार्रवाई को अवैध बता रहे हैं। साथ ही अदालत ने सिसोदिया से पूछा कि वह जेल से विडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग से पेश होना चाहेंगे। सीबीआइ ने मीडिया में चल रहीं खबरों पर आपत्ति जताते हुए कहा कि आप मामले का राजनीती करण कर रही है।
सिसोदिया ने भागवत गीता की मांग की
बताया जा रहा है कि अदालत द्वारा सिसोदिया को 20 मार्च तक न्यायिक हिरासत में भेजे जाने के फैसले के बाद मनीष सिसोदिया ने भागवत गीता, डायरी, पेन उपलब्ध कराने की मांग की है। साथ ही सिसोदिया को दवा ले जाने की भी अनुमति दी।
