इस दौरान सीबीआई के वकील ने कहा, “इस स्थिति में हम और सीबीआई रिमांड (Delhi Excise Policy) नहीं मांग रहे हैं, लेकिन अगले 15 दिनों में हम इसकी मांग कर सकते हैं।” किसी भी स्थिति से निपटने के लिए दिल्ली में आम आदमी पार्टी कार्यालय के बाहर भारी पुलिस बल और फोर्स की तैनाती की गई है।

बताया जा रहा है कि अदालत द्वारा सिसोदिया को 20 मार्च तक न्यायिक हिरासत में भेजे जाने के फैसले के बाद मनीष सिसोदिया ने भागवत गीता, डायरी, पेन उपलब्ध कराने की मांग की है। साथ ही सिसोदिया को दवा ले जाने की भी अनुमति दी।
