उन्होंने सदन में विशेष उल्लेख (नियम संख्या 280) के तहत यमुना में प्रदूषण का मुद्दा उठाया। महाजन कहा, “केंद्र ने दिल्ली सरकार को 2419 करोड़ रुपये दिए थे। अब सरकार बताए कि वो पैसा कहां गया। क्योंकि यमुना तो और मैली होती जा रही है। इस पर सत्ता पक्ष के विधायकों ने हंगामा करना शुरू कर दिया। स्पीकर ने महाजन से पूछा कि पैसा कब दिया गया था? इस पर जब उन्हें कोई जवाब नहीं मिला तो स्पीकर ने पैसे वाली बात सदन की कार्यवाही से निकाल दिया।
अस्पताल में भर्ती के लिए रिश्वत का आरोप
वहीं, रिठाला से आम आदमी पार्टी के विधायक महेंद्र गोयल ने रोहिणी के अम्बेडकर अस्पताल में नर्सिंग अर्दली की भर्ती के लिए रिश्वत लिए जाने का मुद्दा उठाया। वह खुद को चुप रहने के लिए दी गई रिश्वत का पैसा भी सदन में लेकर आए। उन्होंने कहा कि किसी स्तर पर सुनवाई नहीं हो रही है। स्पीकर ने यह मुद्दा याचिका समिति को भेजने की बात कही। पूर्व मंत्री राजेंद्र पाल गौतम ने भी इस मुद्दे पर और ठेकेदारी खत्म करने को लेकर चर्चा कराने की मांग की।
यमुना के गंदे पानी को लेकर भाजपा के ध्यानाकर्षण प्रस्ताव को स्पीकर ने मंजूरी नहीं दी। स्पीकर ने कहा, जब तक एलजी सदन की शक्तियों को वापस नहीं करेंगे, उनके किसी प्रस्ताव पर चर्चा नहीं कराएंगे। हंगामे के बीच विपक्ष के कई साथियों को मार्शल आउट किया।

इस पर अध्यक्ष ने भाजपा के आठ में से छह विधायकों को मार्शल आउट कर दिया गया जबकि उनके समर्थन में दो अन्य वाकआउट कर गए। बाद में इन सभी ने विधानसभा परिसर में स्थित बाबा साहेब अम्बेडकर की प्रतिमा के सामने धरना भी दिया।
कंझावला मामले में एक और आरोपित को जमानत
रोहिणी कोर्ट ने कंझावला मामले में मंगलवार को एक और आरोपित को जमानत दे दी। आरोपित आशुतोष भारद्वाज को 50 हजार के निजी मुचलके पर जमानत दी गई। इससे पहले अंकुश को जमानत दी गई थी। अतिरिक्त सत्र न्यायाधीश सुशील बाला डागर ने याचिका पर सुनवाई के बाद सोमवार को फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया था। मंगलवार को उन्होंने फैसला सुनाते हुए कहा कि आरोपित की भूमिका अपराध होने के बाद शुरू हुई। ऐसे में उसे 50 हजार के निजी मुचलके पर जमानत दी जाती है।
