She starts her day by drinking two glasses of warm water with one tablespoon of ghee, combined with half a teaspoon of turmeric, saunth  and a quarter spoon of pepper.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.  she never skips her breakfast and likes eating apples, almond milk, also eats porridge, boiled or scrambled eggs

she believes in consuming a balanced diet. Switching to coconut milk has been a great alternative for her and has helped her in reducing weight
